Our meats are minced in quantity requested and time in cubes machine cubicly elaborately in our facilities. 

Separating meats from their nerves are performed with the meat separation equipment of meat grinder. The meats are prepared elaborately as forcemeat without nerve. 

Meats are made to be prepared to delivery by vacuuming with the vacuum machine as part of cleaning and hygiene rules.

The weather, in the products, is vacuumed with MAP (Modified Atmosphere Crushing). Afterward the protection of products is provided in the zero degree as not losing of color of products by giving gases of 570 oxygen, % 30 carbondioxide. By the courtesy of this technology products which their shelf lives lengthen within whole hygiene rules are offered to the taste of customers.
